4 thin fillets salmon
6 fillets flounder (or whatever decent looking substitute)
16 sea scallops (costco/sam's club? Saw frozen scallops there)

2 lemons
3 limes
1 orange
1 leek
1 cucumber
2 scallions

chives (3 tbsp.)
dill (1 tbsp.)
parsley (1 tbsp.)
basil (1/4 c. minced)

loaf day-old French bread

Have skewers. Hmm... I assume you want fresh on the chives and dill and basil?
Defintely want fresh on those. Flavour is so much better using fresh.
Okay, so we need to confirm how many are coming before we buy the seafood for the roulade, as if there are few enough, we can get away with just the one roll and that would be EVER so much cheaper less expensive. Teresa is *not* coming, sadly. I haven't asked E-chan and Anthony yet, will do so tomorrow morning (Thursday, to specify). And, funly, Dave has no idea if he'll be able to come because work may or may not interfere! -_- At least I can pretty much guarantee Nick?
